Decision on Congress’s CM candidate will be done after poll result: Sachin Pilot


Jaipur | Rajasthan Congress Chief Sachin Pilot on Wednesday clarifying the rumours on the Chief Ministerial candidate said that the party will decide once the poll results are out.

Speaking to media, Pilot said the prime focus of the party is to win the election. Dismissing the rumours of a clash between him and Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot said,”We are working unitedly to win. Once we have majority, MLAs & Congress will announce who will head the government.”

Both Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot will be contesting the upcoming assembly in Rajasthan. 2 time Chief minister Ashok Gehlot will contesting from his traditional seat Sardarpura in Jodhpur district. While Pilot will be contesting first time from the Tonk constituency. Assembly election will be conducted in Rajasthan on December 7 while the results will be declared on December 11 along with Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Mizoram.
