K Chandrashekar Rao turns colours quickly than Chameleon: Navjot Singh Sidhu

Hyderabad | Punjab Minister and Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu on Friday sparked controversy when he compared Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao with a Chameleon.

Addressing a presss conference in poll bound Telangana’s Hyderabad, Sidhu said,”Even a chameleon does not change colours as quickly as KCR(Telangana CM KC Rao) does.” Alleging the TRS chief of betraying Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, Sidhu said,”He backstabbed and ditched Sonia Gandhi. He keeps sitting in his 300 cr bungalow, doesn’t even go to the Secretariat.”

Speaking about the controversy related to his visit to Pakistan Sidhu said, “When I first went to Pakistan and talked about them promising Kartarpur Corridor, the critics mocked and made fun of me, now the same people are licking their own spit and taking U-turns.”

Commenting on the leadership of Congress president Rahul Gandhi, Sidhu said,” Rahul Gandhi is our captain and we are his soldier.” Assembly election on the 119 seat Telangana assembly will be conducted on December 7 while the results will be declared on December 11 along with Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram.
