Muzaffarpur | Remains of human skeletons were found outside SKMCH in Muzaffarpur in Bihar where recently 108 children have died due to Encephalitis.
Pictures posted by news agency ANI show deformed human bones and broken skull fragments lying behind the compound of Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) in Muzaffarpur.
“Postmortem department is under Principal but it should be done with a humane approach. I’ll talk to the Principal & ask him to constitute an investigating committee”, commented SK Shahi, MS SKMCH on the skeletons, as quoted by ANI.

An investigation team of Sri Krishna Medical College & Hospital, Muzaffarpur visited the spot.
SKMCH’s Dr Vipin Kumar, said, “Skeletal remains have been found here. Detailed information will be provided by the Principal.”
While the hospital has been criticised severely after 108 patients suffering from AES died during treatment, the discovery of skeletons is another blow to the hospital.
In the entire Bihar, the death toll has reached more than 140.
