#Watch: Mumbai Mayor evades question on 3 year old who fell in sewer

Mumbai | Mumbai mayor Vishwanath Mahadeshwar evades questions on the 3-year-old boy who fell in the sewer yesterday night.

When asked, Mahadeshwar avoided answering the questions but said that investigation will de done regarding the case.

Earlier last week when Mumbai had faced waterlogging and floods in several areas due to heavy rainfall, he had said, “There is no waterlogging”.

In a tragic incident in Mumbai’s Goregaon suburb, a 3-year-old kid fell in an open sewer drain on Wednesday night. The entire incident is captured in the CCTV placed near the sewer.

As per the CCTV visual, the boy named Diyansh Singh is seen walking on the side of a busy road in the Ambedkar Nagar of Goregaon at 10 pm on Wednesday night. He walks towards the electric enclosure box on the opposite side of the road and slips in an open sewer.  The drain is said to be around 3 to 4 feet deep which later merges to a bigger sewer which is estimated around 13-15 feet deep
