Whoever BJP fields from Karhal will lose: Akhilesh Yadav amid filing nomination

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has filed nomination from Karhal seat of Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh on January 31. Filing the nomination he said that the one on his opposite side will lose.

There were rumors about BJP fielding Aparna Yadav from Karhal. BJP has chosen their candidate against Akhilesh. BJP fields Union minister SP Singh Baghel against Akhilesh Yadav from Karhal.

Akhilesh Yadav has said that whoever the saffron party fields from the constituency will lose. He said, “Whoever BJP fields from Karhal, will lose.”

Announcing his nomination he tweeted, “Nomination process completedтАж Another step towards Mission 22тАж”

Akhilesh said, “This area is very close to home. Netaji and Samajwadi Party have a very old relationship from here and the people here have taken forward a positive politics by standing with the Samajwadi Party. I hope those who do negative politics in this election, people will remove them from Uttar Pradesh.”

In his appeal, Yadav has said that he is leaving this election on the public. Stating the reason for doing so he says, “I leave this election to the public, because I have to go to some other place, so I appeal to the people to give opportunity to Samajwadi Party, not only from Karhal but also from each and every region of the state. SP will take the state on the path of prosperity and progress.”
