“Corona Is Gone, Mamata Banerjee Putting Lockdown To Stop BJP Rallies,” Claims Dilip Ghosh

Dilip Ghosh said, “Corona is gone. Didimoni (Mamata Banerjee) is doing drama and implementing lockdown so that BJP cannot hold any meeting or rally in the state.”

Kolkata| Amid the Coronavirus epidemic, the West Bengal BJP held an election rally at Dhanyakhali in Hooghly district. During this rally, Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh claimed that the coronavirus has been eradicated in the state. But it is the state CM Mamata Banerjee who was deliberately putting a lockdown so that BJP could not conduct a rally.

Addressing the rally, Dilip Ghosh said, “Corona is gone. Didimoni (Mamata Banerjee) is doing drama and implementing lockdown so that BJP cannot hold any meeting or rally in the state but nothing can stop us.”

The BJP MP said that Mamata Banerjee’s brothers were in a bad condition after seeing supporters of her party. The rally took place on 9 September. Now the videos from the rally are becoming increasingly viral on social media. A huge crowd gathered in the rally. All the rules of social distancing went for a toss. However, the large number of people in the rally did not cause worry to the BJP leaders.

Earlier, BJP national president JP Nadda on Thursday attacked West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee during the online address. He made serious allegations against Mamta accusing her of harbouring anti-Hindu mindset. He said that the public should be told about Mamata’s appeasement and vote bank politics. He said that when the work of Ram temple started on August 5, Mamta Banerjee announced a lockdown in the state but it was lifted on the day of Bakri Eid.
