PM Modi accuses Karnataka ministers for being in Delhi during the famine

Assuming that the public will vote against the grand old party in the polls this week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at Congress during the election campaign in Vijayapura district of Karnataka.

This jibe is nothing new as The prime minister has been constantly attacking Congress over the last several days ever since the BJP poll campaign began from May 1st.

“People have decided to remove Congress from Karnataka,” PM Modi said.

He accused Congress of dividing communities and spreading hatred while at the same time adding that Congress has given up on the state.

While boldly stating that the people will punish Congress for its ‘sins’ he criticized Karnataka ministers for being in Delhi at a time when the state was hit by a serious famine.

“Congress believes in divide and rule and is only looking to make excuses,” he concluded.

This statement comes after Congress leader declared that he was fit to be the Prime Minister of the country if they win the 2019 general elections.
