When Hindu World went inside the Jijamata udhyan, there were hardly few animals in the zoo. The condition of the poor animals was upsetting. Crocodile who lives its life more in water, had to bare the hot sunlight in the afternoon due to lack of water. Even Hippopotamus were seen resting in unclean water.  Insects have started breathing in the unclean water inside the Elephants enclosure.

The visitors are not allowed to take drinking water inside the zoo and the provided drinking water for the visitors was unhygienic and poorly maintained.

Also a food stall is opened just opposite to the hippopotamus enclosure. Hindu world captured visitors eating on the railing of reserved area of Hippopotamus.

Also Last year one of the Humboldt penguins at the Veermata Jijabai Bhosale Udyan and Zoo died just three months after it was imported.

The 53-acre zoo lacks security as it has many secluded place which increases the threat for visitors. The unfavorable condition would soon lead to diseases and death of poor animals.
