Sandeshkhali Case In Supreme Court

The Sandeshkhali case, involving accusations of sexual abuse and land seizure by a Trinamool Congress (TMC) figure, has drawn national attention, reaching the Supreme Court. Advocate Alakh Alok Srivastava has filed a PIL, urging an unbiased inquiry by either an SIT or the CBI. The petition seeks action against implicated police officers and compensation for the victims.
