Officials say the amusement centre that caught fire in Rajkot was operating without a no-objection certificate (NOC) for fire clearance and just had one exit. The gaming zone was crowded due to a weekend discount offer. It is suspected that a short circuit may have led to the blaze. At least 30 people, including nine children, died in the accident.
