Following the deaths of three UPSC aspirants in a flooded basement of a coaching institute in Delhi, Drishti IAS founder Dr. Vikas Divyakirti cited “carelessness” and assured improvements. He stated, “We will not work in the basement without future permissions.” Divyakirti emphasized ongoing safety measures, including a dedicated officer and daily checks on fire exits and building safety.
