Govt Introduces BH Series, Re-registration of Vehicles After Shifting To Another State To Get Easy

All BH series vehicles will be able to take advantage of this facility. This step of the government has been taken considering the needs of the citizens.

Vehicle owners will not face any problem in getting their vehicles transferred from one state to another. The central government has introduced a new registration mark “BH-Series” to transfer vehicles without any hindrance between states. This means vehicles with ‘BH’ registration will not need to get a new registration mark when the vehicle owner shifts from one state to another. However, it will be necessary to have a new BH Series registration mark in your vehicle, only then you will be able to take advantage of this new facility. The decision is aimed at making the re-registration hassle-free.

Now all the new vehicles that will be launched in the market will be given the BH mark. If you have a vehicle of this series, then you will not need to get a new registration mark after shifting from one state to another. All BH series vehicles will be able to take advantage of this facility.

This step of the government has been taken considering the needs of the citizens. This new rule is also very important because under section 47 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, a vehicle owner has only 12 months when he shifts to another state. Without getting the vehicle registered again in the new state, he is not allowed to drive the vehicle. However, by buying a new BH-Series vehicle, any such problem can be avoided and you will not even need to re-register the vehicle.
