A delegation of congress leaders, led by Madhya Pradesh congress committee president Kamal Nath, Jyotiraditya Scindia and Digvijay Singh on Sunday raised the massive irregularities in the state’s voters’s roll with the election commission. The evidence, handed over by the congress leader to the commission, alleges that nearly 60 lakh fake voters had been created by the state government. The EC has to publish Madhya Pradesh’s draft electoral roll by June 21. And this is not the first time that Election Commission is facing such concerns. Early in the month of May, when karnataka election campaigning was at its peak, the poll body seized around 10,000 fake voter ID cards where found from a flat in RR Nagar in Bengaluru. The karnataka voter ID card viral video and now this has raised serious legitimate questions about the fairness of the voting system in the country. with major concern with the Electoral Voting machine, all the major political parties from time to time have demanded to opt for ballot paper and questioned the credibility of the Election Commission.
