With Winter Session cancelled due to Covid-19, all eyes are nlon the Budget session of the parliament that will be held next year. However, both the govt- the finance ministry and The RBI seems to have hit a pause button. Both the bodies tasked with revival of India’s economy have hit a pause button on anh kind of reforms or policy decision. The govt is not announcing any reform or stimulus.
