Bhubaneswar: The budget session of the Odisha Assembly was adjourned sine die today, four days ahead of its schedule.
The Assembly Speaker Pradip Kumar Amat announced the sine die after 26 working days of the House.
The session was held in two phases.While the first phase was held between March 20 and 31, the second phase was held till date from April 11.
During the session, the annual budget for the 2018-19 financial year was presented on March 23 and the Odisha Appropriation Bill was passed by the House on April 30.
A total number of eight bills were passed during the budget session.
