BREAKING: UK High Court Dismiss Vijay Mallya’s Appeal Against Extradition To India

Vijay Mallya had challenged in the UK High Court against the extradition from the country to India for not paying dues to 13 banks including the State Bank of India.

London| Liquour tycoon and businessman Vijay Mallya’s appeal against extradition to India was dismissed by a high court in the United Kingdom. The appeal was against extradition to India to face charges of financial fraud estimated to be of Rs. 9000 crore.

The Kingfisher airline owner is wanted in India in cases of alleged fraud and money laundering.

Vijay Mallya had challenged in the UK High Court against the extradition from the country to India for not paying dues to 13 banks including the State Bank of India.
