Politicians Poll: Can NCP-Congress score double digit in Maharashtra

Polling for the 48 seats in Maharashtra was conducted in 4 phases on 11 April, 18 April, 23 April and 29 April in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. The key contest is between the Congress-NCP alliance and Shiv Sena- BJP alliance, however, the AIMIM-Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi alliance of Prakash Ambedkar and Assadudin Owaisi are likely to give a tough fight to the other parties on few seats.

The High profile candidates contesting in Maharashtra are Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Hansraj Ahir, Maharashtra Congress chief Ashok Chavan, former Union Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, NCP’s Supriya Sule, and Babasaheb Ambedkar’s grandson Prakash Ambedkar.

According to the Politicians Polls conducted by HW NEWS, out of the 48 seats in Maharashtra, the Shiv Sena-BJP’s NDA will be getting 28 seats, the Congress-NCP’s UPA will be getting 18 seats while Others will be getting 2 seats. The politicians poll further state that BJP will emerge as the biggest party with 16 seats while Shiv Sena will win 12 seats. UPA’s Congress and NCP are likely to win 9 seats each.
