Dehradun: In Uttarakhand, BJP sacked Harak Singh Rawat, a strong cabinet minister of his own government, from the cabinet. After being expelled from the BJP, Harak Singh Rawat has bluntly said that in the assembly elections to be held next month, Congress is going to form a government with full majority in the state. Harak Singh Rawat said that he will continue to work for the Congress without any condition.
After being expelled from BJP, Harak Singh Rawat while talking to the media said, everyone is naked in the laughter. In BJP, I know everyone from top to bottom. These people could not do anything in the last five years. Employment was not given, development was not done, on the contrary, inflation has increased. So for some or the other reason they will remove me. Harak Singh Rawat further said, “Those whose houses are of glass, they should not throw stones at others.”
He further told that two days ago he had met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and expressed his desire not to contest the elections but the party showed him the way out. According to reports, Harak Singh Rawat was seeking ticket for his daughter-in-law Anukreethy from Lansdowne assembly seat. There was speculation for a long time that Harak Singh Rawat would join the Congress.
