Trump Leaves $500 Tip And “No Taxes On Tips” Note At Philly Steakhouse

During a campaign stop at Tony and Nick’s Steaks in South Philadelphia on Saturday, June 22, Donald Trump left a $500 tip and wrote “no taxes on tips” on the receipt. Trump, who is advocating to end taxation on tips for service industry workers, interacted with patrons, answered questions, and signed hats. “It was just unbelievable,” said Nicky Lucidonio, owner of Tony and Nick’s Steaks. “He was talking to people, you know, they’re asking questions. He’s answering them. He’s signing hats. He signed and everything.”
