Malayalam actor Jayasurya on Sunday denied charges of sexual harassment against him, adding that he would take legal action. Two cases of sexual harassment have been filed against him. Reportedly, an FIR was registered under Section 354 (intent to outrage a woman’s modesty) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. This comes amidst a slew of rape and sexual assault allegations in Mollywood against celebrities including actor Siddique and filmmaker Ranjith.
