New Delhi : Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha member and party in-charge of UP, Sanjay Singh has received death threats. On Friday taking to twitter he tweeted the threat information. On the orders of Lucknow Police Commissioner DK Dakur, the Gomti Nagar Police has started looking for the accused on the basis of number.

Aam Aadmi’s UP in-charge Sanjay Singh tweeted and said, ‘I have received death threats again. Maybe some people want to kill me. Never mind, but I want to tell those cowardly goons that I will not stop raising my voice against crime and corruption. UP Police should take cognizance of this number. The call came from this number. Calls were diverted on my colleague Ajit.

He told that he keeps his mobile number diverted to the number of his partner Ajit Tyagi. On the same number on the night of November 24, at 9.30 pm, a person called from mobile number 9772277354 and threatened to kill him by shooting him as soon as the phone was picked up.

Sanjay Singh has lodged a complaint at Gomti Nagar police station in Lucknow. Based on this, the police registered a case late on Friday night. Where Police Commissioner DK Thakur tweeted and said that an FIR should be registered. At the same time, Gomti Nagar ACP Shweta Srivastava said that with the help of surveillance the accused is being traced.
