According to the Indian Oil Corporation website, a 14.2 kg LPG cylinder is priced at ₹ 714 in Delhi, ₹ 747 in Kolkata, ₹ 684.50 in Mumbai and ₹ 734 in Chennai. For the fifth month in a row, the price of LPG gas cylinders has increased.

In December, domestic gas of 14.2 kg weight was priced at ₹ 695 in Delhi, ₹ 725.50 in Kolkata, ₹ 665 in Mumbai and ₹ 714 in Chennai. In the month of August, the LPG cylinder became cheaper by about ₹ 62. After that, the price has seen an upward trend. Since August, domestic gas has become expensive by around ₹ 140.

At the same time, the price of a 19 kg cylinder has also increased by around ₹ 33. From January 1, the cylinder is priced at ₹ 1241 in Delhi, ₹ 1308.50 in Kolkata, ₹ 1190 in Mumbai and ₹ 1363 in Chennai. In December, the 19-kg cylinder was priced at ₹ 1211.50 in Delhi, ₹ 1275.50 in Kolkata, ₹ 1160.50 in Mumbai and ₹ 1333 in Chennai.
