A major fire broke out at around 12 pm on Wednesday night at the Covid Hospital on the third floor of a mall in Bhandup area of Mumbai. Two people died in the accident. However, 76 patients admitted to the hospital were evacuated. They have been shifted to another hospital. The fire brigade’s 22 vehicles reached the spot to extinguish the fire. Relief and rescue work is still going on in the hospital.
