Nawab Malik said that in Cordilla Cruise Drug Case Aryan Khan and 2 others have now got bail but the matter is not that big the NDPS court could have given them bail. They just wanted to exaggerate the matter.
He quotes that the case registered on Aryan Khan and others is a fraudulent or fake case. he says, “They could have got bail at the lower court but NCB through their lawyers keeps changing their look towards the case. They try their level best to keep the accused in the jail. They just want people to fear NCB.”
He further Slams NCB Official Sameer Wankhede by saying, “The official who arrested them, out of fear has gone to High Court pealing the investigation done by the Police should go to the CBI or NAI and Mumbai Police had said that they will give him three day notice before arresting him.”
On this he further questions, “The one who arrests everyone is afraid of being arrested?”
Malik says that now the frauds committed by Wankhede will be coming up on the surface.
Earlier Wankhede had gone to police saying tht he will be trapped and wants Z+ security.
Nawab Malik further questions, “What’s the matter now? Earlier he was asking for protection from cops, now he is afraid of them?
He says that now Wankhede has fear that the truth of his frauds will be unfolded.
On October 3, Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun were arrested in connection with a cruise rave party. Their bail pleas have been rejected by the court as the Narcotics Control Bureau claimed that it was a case of conspiracy and they have a connection with the international drug network. On October 28 the court has granted them bail.
