Former minister Pawan Pandey told that this land is located in Bagh Bijaisi of Sadar Tehsil area, which has an area of тАЛтАЛ12 thousand 80 square meters. This land was sold in the name of a monk named Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari. Exactly 10 minutes later, this land is registered in the name of the trust’s general secretary Champat Rai for Rs. 18.50 crores. The deed and registered agreement was done on March 18, 2021.
It is alleged that Anil Mishra, a member of the trust and Rishikesh Upadhyay, the mayor of the Municipal Corporation, are witnesses in the deed and the registered agreement. He has demanded an investigation into the transaction of Rs 17 crore through RTGS. The political atmosphere in UP has now heated up with the allegation of corruption.

It should be seriously investigated,” he said. “The government should conduct a high-level inquiry into this, if this loot has happened, then those who are involved should be punished severely,” he said.
AAP said- CBI and ED should investigate the matter

Sanjay Singh said that the general secretary of the trust, Champat Rai, with the help of Anil Mishra, a member of the organization, bought land worth Rs 2 crore for Rs 18 crore. “This is outright money laundering.
