Stones Pelted on Police From Mosque in Bihar’s Madhubani, 3 People Arrested

“Three people have been arrested for pelting stones at police when they went to check if any attendee of Delhi’s Tablighi Jamaat event was staying at a mosque in Girdarjung village.”

Madhubani| 3 People have been arrested for pelting stones at police, who were in the Andharatharhi area of Madhubani tracing anyone who had attended the Tablighi Jamaat event in Delhi’s Nizamuddin.

Jhanjharpur DSP, Amit Sharan said, “Three people have been arrested for pelting stones at police when they went to check if any attendee of Delhi’s Tablighi Jamaat event was staying at a mosque in Girdarjung village.”

Earlier, Director General of Police Gupteshwar Pandey had informed that all the residents of Bihar or foreign nationals who are in Bihar, who attended the religious congregation in Delhi’s Markaz Nizamuddin will be traced and many of them are already being monitored by the police.

Madhubani Police, who were trying to find people who attended the religious event in Delhi, were attacked with stones from the mosque in the Andharatharhi area.
