Kangana Ranaut Alleges Getting Slapped At Chandigarh Airport

Kangana Ranaut, who recently won the Lok Sabha elections from Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi constituency, was reportedly slapped by a CISF guard at Chandigarh airport on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred after she had completed security checks and was heading towards the boarding gate.

The CISF personnel involved, named LCT Kulwinder Kaur, allegedly struck the actress-turned-politician. According to reports, the reason behind the attack is not clear, but it is speculated that it may be linked to Kangana’s past remarks about the farmers’ protest in India. As of now, neither Kangana Ranaut nor the CISF has issued an official statement regarding the incident.

A probe panel has been set up to investigate Kangana’s claim and the constable, Kulwinder, has been detained and taken to the CISF Commandant Office for questioning.

It has been reported that Kangana plans to file a complaint with the Home Ministry in Delhi regarding the incident.

The incident happened shortly after Kangana Ranaut won the Mandi constituency in the Lok Sabha elections, defeating her closest rival, Vikramaditya Singh of Congress, by a margin of over 74,000 votes.

Following her victory, the actress posted on Instagram, thanking the people of Mandi for their support. She expressed heartfelt gratitude and attributed her win to their love and trust. Kangana also mentioned that the victory belonged to the people, praising their faith in Prime Minister Modi and the BJP and celebrating it as a victory for traditional values and the Mandi region.
