Medha Patkar’s Defamation Case Sentencing Reserved For July 1

Today, a Delhi court postponed its decision on the sentencing of activist Medha Patkar in a defamation case until July 1. The case was filed by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena during his tenure at a Gujarat NGO. The delay came after the Delhi Legal Services Authority submitted a victim impact report.
