Navi Mumbai: Taxi Driver Arrested For Killing Woman Demanding Marriage

The Navi Mumbai police in Maharashtra have detained a 28-year-old taxi driver on suspicion of killing a woman who forced him into marriage. The police made this announcement on Sunday.
The 27-year-old woman’s decomposing body was discovered on April 25 in the morning at Talekhar along Chirner-Kharpada in the Uran neighbourhood of Navi Mumbai. It was discovered wrapped in a blanket.

Senior inspector Satish Nikam of the Uran police station stated that the police then sent the body for a postmortem and filed a complaint against the unnamed individuals under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, including 302 (murder).
