The Supreme Court will review petitions challenging the landmark same-sex marriage verdict on Wednesday, July 10. Thirteen petitions seek a re-evaluation of legal recognition for same-sex marriages in India. The review will be conducted by a newly constituted five-judge bench including Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices Sanjiv Khanna, Hima Kohli, BV Nagarathna, and Pamidighantam Sri Narasimha, with Khanna and Nagarathna replacing the retired Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and S Ravindra Bhat from the original bench.
