Amidst No clarity over CM face, Amit Shah to not attend Maharashtra BJP’s legislature Party meeting

Amidst the tussle between alliance partners, Maharashtra BJP will hold a meeting of legislature part today. Devendra Fadnavis is likely to be the leader of the party in Assembly.

 

Mumbai| It has been almost 6 days since the result of Maharashtra Assembly Elections have come out. However, Shivsena and BJP have still not finalized over the alliance and Chief Ministerial face. While Shivsena is adamant on its demand of implementing the 50:50 formula and rotational CM post, BJP has still not clarified its position.

Amidst the tussle between alliance partners, Maharashtra BJP will hold a meeting of legislature part today. The elected MLAs of BJP will also decide on their legislature party leader. Devendra Fadnavis is likely to be the leader of the party in Assembly.

Earlier, it was reported that party president Amit Shah will be attending the meeting. However, according to the latest information, the home minister may not attend the meeting in Mumbai.

Meanwhile, Devendra Fadnavis reacting to Shivsena’s demand has said that the formula Shivsena is talking about will not be implemented. He also said that the BJP will form the government in the state under his leadership. “There is no plan B or C, there is only plan A. I am sure that it will work.”
