Atishi Discharged After Health Decline During Hunger Strike

Delhi Minister Atishi was discharged from LNJP Hospital on Thursday morning after her health deteriorated during a five-day hunger strike over water scarcity. She was hospitalized early Tuesday due to low blood sugar, she was released at 10:30 am. Atishi’s indefinite hunger strike aimed to pressure BJP-ruled Haryana to release Delhi’s water share.
