BRS leader K Kavitha allegedly conspired with the ‘South Group’ and gave ₹100 crore in kickbacks to AAP leaders, destroying phone evidence, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) stated in its chargesheet. Kavitha generated, acquired, and used ₹292.8 crore of proceeds from the crime by forming Indo Spirits to disguise the money as legitimate business profit.
