Modi govt’s 4 years are only good on measures of ‘Jumlas’: Congress

Mumbai: The Congress Party on Saturday alleged that the four years of Narendra Modi government were good only on the measure of ‘Jumla’ but the numbers say otherwise.

On the occasion of BJP government’s fourth anniversary in the centre, the Congress party is celebrating ‘Vishwagat Divas’ all over the country. Addressing the media, Senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi said “We are not as good orator as PM Modi so we only present our side with numbers.

Attacking the Narendra Modi led BJP government, Congress leader said that the average growth of agriculture in last four years of Modi government was 1.9% less than half of what we achieved in 10 years. “How will they double the income of farmers by 2022? According to economists, at this rate it will take 2052 to achieve double income,” asked Congress.

“2018 RBI data, MNREGA employees not getting paid,” said Congress.

Speaking of Modi governments biggest failure of creating jobs, Singhvi said the Prime Minister promised 2 crore jobs but now he is saying to sell pakoras.”CMIE has reported that 15 lakh people lost jobs due to demonetisation. 56000 layoff in IT.” added Singhvi.

The Congress party stated that BJP stands for Betrayal Janata Party.

“Prime Minister Modi has been on a perpetual campaign mode since last 4 years, he never listened to people”Congress leader further added.
