PM Modi wants to make everyone a watchman: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi | AAP leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took a jibe at the BJP’s ‘Main Bhi Chowkidaar’ campaign, saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to make everyone a watchman.

Kejriwal on Wednesday wrote on the microblogging site Twitter,”If people want their children to become chowkidar, they should vote for Modi but if they want their child to get a good education and become doctor, engineer or lawyer, they should vote for AAP”.

Modi had urged his supporters to take the ‘Main Bhi Chowkidar’ (I too am watchman) pledge, saying he is not alone in the fight against graft and social evils.

The BJP has got a massive response to their ‘Main Bhi Chowkidaar’ social media campaign, with several leaders and supporters adding ‘Chowkidaar’ as a prefix before their account name.

Stepping up the campaign, Modi is set to address 25 lakh watchmen via video conference on the occasion of Holi.
