Mumbai | Shiv Sena led-BMC’s standing committee chairman Yashwant Jadhav has claimed that he has not seen any pothole in the city.
Yashwant Sinha, the Shiv Sena corporator, said he travels everyday on Mumbai roads and he has never seen a “single pothole” in the metropolitan.
“There is not a single pothole in Mumbai. You show me one single pothole. I travel every day on the Mumbai city roads. I don’t see potholes. If there is any it could be due to metro construction, but I can assure you there is not a single pothole,” Yashwant Jadhav said.
He declared that if someone does find a pothole, it will be fixed within 2 hours.
The BMC has time and again claimed that it has spent about Rs 3,000-4,000 crores for reparations on the road, including potholes, however, citizens of the city would like to differ.
