Rahul Gandhi off to meditation trip again

Surjewala said, “Rahul Gandhi has gone in the past from time to time on a meditational visit, on which he is currently there.”

 

New Delhi| Former Congress president and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi has flown off to abroad again. According to reports, he left for abroad on Monday. He is believed to be there for a week. At the same time, his party is preparing for a massive protest against the government over the bad economy.

Congress will try to surround the government through 35 press conferences between November 1 and 8. A nationwide protest will be held between November 5 and 15 on the same issue. As such, questions were being raised on Rahul Gandhi’s foreign travels. On which Congress leader Randeep Surjewala cleared.

Surjewala said, “Rahul Gandhi has gone in the past from time to time on a meditational visit, on which he is currently there, this entire programme (35 PCs from 1-8 Nov against Central govt over the economic situation) was drafted as per his direction & in consultation with him.”
