Sikkim Krantikari Morcha leader Prem Singh Tamang was sworn in as Chief Minister of Sikkim for a second consecutive term on Monday. Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya administered the oath at Paljor Stadium to Tamang and his Council of Ministers. SKM won 31 out of 32 seats in the assembly polls, dominating over the opposition Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF), which secured only one seat.
