The public meeting was scheduled for 2 pm today, stage couldn’t be repaired. So we had to cancel it.”

Tensions between BJP and TMC soared when the two parties got themselves involved in violence against each other, which lead to the vandalism of the 19th-century philosopher Ishwarchandra Vidyasagar.
Both the parties have blamed each other for the scuffle.
