Pragya Thakur Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politician faces charges in the Malegaon Blast case that claimed Six lives and more than 101 people were injured. On November 13, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) court issued a fresh bailable warrant on the primary accused in the 2008 Malegaon Blast Case after she failed to appear for the final arguments.
Special Sessions Judge Lahoti issued a ₹10,000 bailable warrant after Thakur did not show up for the court by November 13 as instructed last week. The case has been postponed until December 2 in order to obtain a warrant report.
