The counting of the votes is still going on in the US and as the clock is ticking, the anxiety and uncertainty is reaching its peak. As per the latest statistics by FOX news, Joe Biden is leading with 264 electoral college votes with 50.4% vote share. and Donald Trump is trailing with 214 electoral college votes and 48% vote share in his support. However, while the vote count and vote share remain same, CNN is projecting 253 votes lead to Biden and 213 for Trump. What is interesting here is, with whatever votes counted, Joe Biden has created a history in the US Presidential Elections. According to a media report, Joe Biden has won more votes than any other presidential candidate in the US history, even shattering a record set by former President Barack Obama whom he served. As of November 4, Biden had got over 70.7 million votes, more than anyone who has ever run for president, said NPR. This count includes 300,000 more votes than what Obama got in 2008.
