Indigo Asked To Pay ₹1.2-Crore Fine Within 30 Days

The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security fined low-cost airline IndiGo ₹1.2 crore after a viral video showed passengers eating on the tarmac at the same time they waited for their delayed flight to take off. The video caught the attention of the nation’s aviation monitor, the DGCA, which also ordered Mumbai Airport to pay ₹30 lakh for the violation.
