“Amit Shah Has A Habit of Rewriting History…”: Rahul Gandhi

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, and great-grandson of Jawaharlal Nehru, responding to Home Minister Amit Shah’s criticism of Nehru’s Kashmir policies, stated Shah has a “habit of rewriting history.” Gandhi defended Nehru, highlighting his sacrifices for India, and dismissed Shah’s remarks as a diversion from pressing issues. “Pandit Nehru gave his life for India, he was in jail for years. Amit Shah is unaware of history. I cannot expect him to know history, he has the habit of rewriting it,” Rahul Gandhi said.

“Yediyurappa Had Blackmailed Central Leaders”: BJP MLA

Shashank

The cold war within the BJP’s Karnataka unit has snowballed after senior MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal accused former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa of blackmailing the party’s high command to appoint his son B.Y. Vijayendra as the party’s state unit chief. Reported The News Minute.

After leveling the allegations on Monday night, the MLA said: “I don’t know why the high command got fearful. They talk about discipline. Are we slaves? Don’t we have strength? Even we have the support of the people.” Patil said.

“Yediyurappa had blackmailed central leaders saying that he won’t campaign for the 2025 Lok Sabha elections. He told the high command that he won’t move across the state and confine himself to the Shivamogga district.” Patil alleged.
