CBI Probes 3 Maharashtra Officials For Tender Breach

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has initiated a case against three officials from Satluj Jal Vidhut Nigam Ltd, a Maharashtra government-owned company, for a flawed feasibility report related to a wind power plant project. The officers, associated with a private firm, are accused of violating tender agreement clauses, leading to the plantโ€™s underperformance and a financial loss of around Rs 190 crore.
