Severe Heatwave In Delhi, North India, Madhya Pradesh

Temperatures in Delhi exceeded 47°C on Monday, prompting the weather department to forecast severe heatwave conditions in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, west and east Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh, and isolated areas of west Madhya Pradesh until Friday. Heatwaves are also expected in east Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, east Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Gujarat, Saurashtra, and Kutch until May 24.
