Prajwal Revanna Case: MEA Initiates Action On Canceling Diplomatic Passport

Indiaโ€™s Ministry of External Affairs said on Thursday it has initiated action on revoking the diplomatic passport of suspended JDS MP Prajwal Revanna.  Earlier, MEA had issued a show cause notice to Revanna. The grandson of former Prime Minister HD Devegowda, Prajwal Revanna fled to Germany last month after allegations of sexual assault surfaced against him. Revanna is expected to reach Bengaluru today from Munich.

Meanwhile, a Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a 27ft high, 60ft wide Santa Clause using 1500 kg tomatoes at Gopalpur Beach in Odhisa on the occasion of Christmas.

In West Bengal, special Prayers were offered at the Mother House of the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata on the occasion of Christmas.
