Shiv Sena’s Ravindra Waikar won the Mumbai North West Lok Sabha seat by a mere 48 votes, the narrowest margin in Maharashtra. Waikar received 4,52,644 votes, narrowly defeating Amol Kirtikar of Shiv Sena (UBT). Waikar, an MLA from Jogeshwari East, switched to CM Eknath Shinde’s faction earlier this year.
