Voting Begins For Bypolls In 13 Assembly Seats

13 assembly constituencies across Bihar, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh are seeing bypolls today. Polling is held under tight security. Commencing at 7 a.m. today and ending at 6 p.m., these mark the first bypolls held after the Lok Sabha elections. They are brought on by vacancies created due to either deaths or resignations of incumbent members.
