Kejriwal Gets Interim Bail But Remains Jailed In CBI Case

The Supreme Court granted interim bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the ED’s excise policy case, citing his over 90 days of incarceration and the right to life and liberty. Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta referred key issues to a larger bench. However, Kejriwal remains in custody due to a separate CBI investigation in the same matter.
