France Sends Military Resources To West Asia | Israel | Iran

France has announced that it would send more military resources to West Asia to address the Iranian threat. It has also called a United Nations Security Council meeting for later in the day following Iran’s launch of missiles at Israel last night.

The French Presidency, in a statement, said: “Committed to Israel’s security, France today mobilized its military resources in the Middle East to counter the Iranian threat.”
“The head of state also reiterated France’s demand that Hezbollah cease its terrorist actions against Israel and its population.”

Besides, US President Joe Biden has ordered the US military to “aid Israel’s defense” and shoot down any and all Iranian missiles targeting Israel, the White House said. It further said: “President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee in next month’s US presidential election, are both monitoring Iran’s attack on Israel from the White House situation room.”
